Enjoyed at the Ocean Room, Kiawah Island with family for Christmas dinner. Pepper ,
Licorice, and dried cherry flavors. Second bottle was decanted and was much smoother on the finish.

Deep ruby color. On the nose, sweet cherry, strong florals and honey. On the palate, medium body, currant, leather, followed by a very long floral finish. Complex taste. Excellent wine that will continue to improve with age. Tannins are very powerful.
