1980 Cheval Blanc - lost to time and oxidized with nutty Amatillado flavors with savory smoked spices. Tasted and smelled like BBQ Lays potato chips. Pretty cool actually. Even though it's nearly dead and headed to vinegar, I could see it paired with a charcuterie plate for fun.
