Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhône Blend
1995. Lost something. But sure. In great shape and historically lovely. What a treat

Dec 25th, 2023The wine was in much better condition than the label! Kept in a damp but reliable cellar. Saying that, it was perhaps a little more muted than expected. Left for a good while but didn’t really open up more in the glass. Still, it was a pleasure to drink.

Dec 7th, 2016Juicy, soft & luscious, surprisingly elegant with fresh dry tannins on finish behind a liquorish mid pallet.

May 25th, 2015Black currant, tobacco, and smoke on the nose. Tame and loving in the mouth. Killer finish. No Brett? Wonderful now and for at least 5 more years. #Beaucastel
