Sep 6th, 2017Bought for $85 at Specs, was jonesing hard for a Sauternes after my CMS intro somm class. Honey, muted honeydew, muted peony, hint of baking spices (allspice), overripe peaches. Would buy again if I had the chance.

First experience w/ the classic foie gras pairing. Knock your socks off good! Honeysuckle, citrus -sweetness balanced by acidity. Not cloying in the least. Wonderful viscosity and mouthfeel.
