Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Definitely a classic Bordeaux. Still developing. Bing cherry. Black fruit.

Big fan of this Right Banker. Showed great character and structure with abundant clay like mineral and Terrior driven character, good black plum and currant all throughout. Wish I had another!

2008. Not earth changing but very nice. Smooth.

Clear, deep ruby color, pronounced tears, clean nose, medium/pronounced fruit. Developing. Dry, medium acidity, medium/high tannin, medium alcohol. Hints of prune and blackberry with tomato and toast. Lovely now but should improve with age.

Was very perspective in the beginning but lost itself in the half hour of decantering
