Lovely Chardonnay. Healthy oak, but not mouth drying and all the awesome, subtle inorganic complexity you love and expect from Bourgogne. Limestone, lemon, white flowers, apples. This wine has inspired me to drink more French chard- let me know if you have suggestions!
