Earthy dark fruit. Lavender cassis. Medium/full body a bit hot. Tasty good to nurse, good for food. Drank with Mexican ayocote negro beans, braised collard and Maggie pork chop

Pefectly balanced. Not sure what the constituent varietals are. A bit like a Bordeaux: fruit forward and a tad tannic. Would happily pay $25+. Bought as bin ends at $10. Best wine deal I’ve ever encountered.

Medium bodied wine. Rhone in varietal but doesn't have quite the complexity of some CDR's in this price range. Very smooth wine. A tad of spice from the Syrah. Lots of ripe cherries. Despite the smooth finish, the tannins are medium on the palate
