My personal favourite wine from Bandol. So much to enjoy here and is such a fun wine to drink. Cut through the fat of a roast chicken!

Interesante. Soapy, slight pepper, dried orange peel, gamey olfactory notes. Dried dusty black fruits and iodine. Medium plus body with mellow malo mouthfeel and nice tangy acid. Ribeye with sweet and spicy gochujang broc. 👌🏼
