St. Émilion, Libournais, Bordeaux, FranceSt. Émilion, Libournais, Bordeaux, FranceNose: so good. Herbs, wintergreen, blackberry, leather, sweet tobacco, a little cooked meat, forest floor, a little coffee (medium roast!). Wonderful.
Taste: as it smells. Medium weight, cedar, herbs, forests, bitter coffee (light roast now), smooth. Delicious stuff. There’s a lovely juiciness that lingers - surprising for something 10 years old. 92-93.
