Splendid aromatic mesh of ginger, jasmine, apricot, grass, mint, soaked apples, hawthorn blossom.
Rounded medium-bodied palate, infused acidity. Enjoyable play of flavors - white grapefruit, lemon, lime, quince, rosemary, pineapple, unripe melon, peach, sea saltiness.
Lengthy citrus finish with tickling acidity and crescent minerality.
Pair: Japanese rolls/sushi.
