I love a Provence Róse with a little age to it! Presents with cherries, strawberries, melon, nectarine, and cucumber. Nice viscosity on the palate, nice long herbal finish, with a touch of lavender. I prefer Rock Angel over Whispering, which has a bitter floral element to it that bites, just my taste preference.

Nice on its own, very drinkable and slightly, but not overly, sweet. However, when paired with an oily sea bass dish, it responded to the match by turning very bitter, so would be careful in pairing.
