On the nose, leather, spice and dark fruit. In the mouth, dark fruit, iron, lilac, good secondary flavors. Even after a 2 hr decant, plenty of tannins. Decent acid. Medium-long length. There is a slightly disjointed element to it, but overall a fairly serious and deep wine.
