Ahhhh Cahors. A lot going on here. Dark fruit, spice and meat with a little wild blueberry and chocolate. Elegant- though tannins still evident and a touch of brett adds a layer of authenticity. SUBSTANTIAL. Begging for some beef. Ain't nothin' wrong with aged Malbec from Southern France.

Perfect French Malbec. Rich and earthy, filled with licorice and tar. It is best to consume this wine with steak, not pizza. No harsh tannins after this many years of aging. Smooth yet powerful.
