Wow!!!! Didn't know Sauvignon Blanc could live 35+ years! Very aromatic with asparagus and dill on the nose. All primary fruit has given way to pretty vegetable characteristics. This is cerebral, thought provoking stuff!

Jul 8th, 2015Wow! What a surprise as it is drinking like a 10 yr old wine. Lemon citrus, crushed rocks, touch of fresh cut hay, nice acid that makes this seem so fresh and taste younger than its age.
