Very dark rubi robe, nose of blackcurrant, spices and a hint of flowers. Very mineral, balanced and elegant on the mouth. Complex and oh so light on its feet. We love it and its a pity Figeac has a new regime far from this great classicism.

👃 Farmyard through smokey oak into chomped spicy dark plums w/ soggy earth, leaves, minerals, pencil lead, gravel & flint sparks
👄 Med body of smooth creamy dark plum, crushed black berries w/ minerals galore, mocha & liquorice earthy tones
🎯 Long chewy dark earthy plum linger with flint licking mocha & liquorice

Very French, very soft, complex flavors. I prefer bolder wines even in my Pinots, but I'm enjoying this one, sipping very slowly.
