Heavy scent of banana bread on first pour. That blew off to tart cherry and anise notes. Such an amazing transformation! So fresh for a 2009! Cherry pie and still evolving. Great with John Dory and brown butter and bone in ribeye

Высокая кислотность и довольно интенсивные, бархатистые по текстуре танины. Интенсивный, долгий вкус чёрной смородины, малины, спелых красных яблок и сливы. Мощное и, в то же время, элегантное вино. Wouldn't pay the $300 for this vintage but great wine.
