2004 vintage. A very nice surprise. Still a lot of ripe cassis fruit and velvety mouthfeel.

Oak. Black currant. Mid body. 04 still tannic. Spicy in 30 min. Earthy. Smooth over 1 hour. Leather and matured flavor showed more than 2 hours. 2004 @2375, xiaduo, 220623-220625

Day 4

Delightful Pauillac. Correct, as-expected, just-right, I-will-have-another-sip, I'm-happy-I-opened-this-now Bordeaux. Yes it's very good and you can start drinking it now.

(16/20) Вино с ароматами чёрных ягод, молочного шоколада, жареного фундука и кожи. Прекрасно структурировано, танины смягчаются. Очень неплохо.

Not as good as I expect from a 2004 Grand Cru in that region. But for the kind of price, I should say it is satisfactory in that the finish is gentle though kind of fruity. My rating is 8.3
