A little Monday night wine getting ready for Penguin hockey! TIght, and earthy with loads of tannins at the open. Could fill out further.given some time in the glass. I should be holdng this vintage, but have 6 of them, so temptation got me ☺ ... happy with my dirt as it is!

Good wine and consistent for this region but just seemed to be lacking something. Smooth and soft and nice on the nose but no pop for me. Will continue to let it open to see if it changes.

Tastes and smells like classic pauillac - graphite lead pencil cedar elegant and well rounded with a strong lingering finish - very solid

Classic Pauillac, good balance of red fruit and leather, spice and a good tannic backbone to this classic minerally effort. It is a Bordeaux drinkers wine- others may find it on the leaner side- but they'd be wrong, this is elegant Bordeaux and paired with lamb is lovely! Drinking well now and would drink up over the next year or two. 91pts
