Fine. Didn’t quite know what to make of this. It was a bit austere at first opening and then after some time had a solid 15 minutes or so, then became a bit bland over the rest of the meal. Fine with food.

$35 Boudreaux is quite refreshing! Not as full body as I’d want but this is great wine with pork or meaty pizza!
