Saint-Julien Red Bordeaux Blend

Value Bordeaux. Fresh with a super savory edge. Black cherry, plum, currant, savory, and a bit earthy. Cola on the nose with a bit of tobacco leaf. 14% alc. Green, but what? Eucalyptus? Rosemary?

Classic Bord Rouge, at a great price. I have this weird suspicion it has a lot in common with Ducru Beaucaillou...just a thought.

Perfumed elegant pure delicious.

Pleasing nose, dark fruit and toast, spice. Smooth on the palate, medium finish.

Taste tested against the 2015 vintage. This won easily.

Lovely cedar with some pencil lead and dried cherry. Surprisingly long finish.

Decanted for 2 hours. Beautiful nose, earthy, smooth finish. As Advertised!
