Château L'Arrosée
Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

This has hit its stride beautifully. Do not be impatient with 2005. Its the winner.

30+ minute decant. Very muted French characteristics on both the nose and palate. If having blind might have guessed a Napa Blend. Very powerful and medium plus oak. Deep cherry fruit that hits you right in the face, but the finish is very short.

Gentle wafts of Bordeaux heaven on the nose, cherry, oak, graphite, pencil lead woven beautifully with that thing called terroir. It starts light, bright and flowery and then as it slips into your palette there is a richness, arrive you chalky tannins and leave that lasting kiss on an elegant glide. A farewell that lingers with just a touch of resentment.

Really dig the structure and grounded taste with bit of citrus, definitely good times.
