Complex and quaffable #pessacleognan #graves GCC Bordeaux blend. Served cold there are some wild onion notes, yellow citrus but as it warms up a bit in the glass it balances out nicely and with forward fruit and an luscious mouthfeel. It would be outstanding with fresh oysters.
