Disappointing Bordeaux. The palette starts well with a strong Cabernet flavor, but the finish is all harsh tannins.

Lots of earthiness on the nose... that beautiful damp forest floor. Very dry on the palate initially, then ripe red fruits come through before the lingering tannins kick in. Should be perfect with our Christmas Eve dinner of Beef Wellington!
