Tasted this against the ‘15 and ‘16. Very interesting comparison and three very different vintages. This one is somewhat green and vegetal, and a little ‘thin’.

Slightly reticent nose of black olive and leather. Extremely integrated already for a 2014 - may not be a long-timer but beautifully drinking now. Tannins are present and provide good structure but are in check. Long peppery finish. Outstanding.
