Ripe plum, dark berries, and cassis. Zero pyrazene, rather, wild flowers. Smoky on the palate. Soft integrated tannins, elevated acidity, and full body. 91% Cab, 8% Merlot, the rest Cab Franc.

The deep and effusive nose opens with bright cheery (more red than black), plum, cedar, followed by licorice, light espresso, and hint of lavender and fresh herb. Taste is on the riper and darker side with lightly stewed black fruits, fig, caramel, and touch of smoke. The plush and somewhat port like palate is countered with round but racy acidity.
From magnum. It feels wasteful to drink this cab at such a young age, but who am I to complain!

Dark fruit, tannic but still smooth, nice and heavy and fairly fruity bouquet. Smooth finish. 2015 vintage. Delicious!

From the moment we poured this wine after pulling the cork it was amazingly smooth. Beautiful fruit forward with along satisfying velvety finish. I can’t get enough of this wine. Cheers!!

YUM. anniversary wine for the win. Amazing notes of fruits, particularly black cherry on the nose but blackberry on the mouth. So smooth.
