Haut-Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Organic from a small 5 hectare farm. Thank goodness for the Bordeaux values just over the border of Margaux. $34. Definitely decant for one hour. A SommSelect selection.

Surprisingly rich for a bdx listing 12.5% abv.

A little too much alcohol on the nose for my taste, but tastes warm and smooth and delightful :)

Classic Bordeaux style young

Surprisingly acidic (in a good way) and luscious. Yum. Might benefit from more time, buts it's pretty nice as is. #teamcab
