best Bordeaux i’ve ever had. absolute killer!

This wine has aged so beautifully! Smooth tannings, subtle aromas of black cherry, plum, black currant, pencil shavings, dried herbs, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and a hint of mentol.
A wonderful wine for a special occasion.

Just as good now as it was when i put it in my cooler 10 years ago!!

Fortunate enough to have tasted this on site in Pauillac. Incredibly smooth and powerful. Still quite young and nothing compared to the '95. A lot of potential for those wanting to wait another 30 years.

Coffee, dark fruit, smokiness, chocolate, vanilla. Very long finish

Haven't had this one in a while

Lives up to the hype for sure. Amazingly balanced wine with aromas of black currant, cassis, and a bit of eucalyptus. Medium + tannins, with medium + alcohol, and medium acidity.
