Still tightly wound but the more air and time the more it opened up to dark berries and leather with refined balance.

Cherries right out of the bottle. Beautiful thick and dark. Fresh fruit gives way a bit over time. Black currant. Oak barrels smell begins to come though. Pretty good legs. Def showing its youth.
Light and airy. High tannins. Light Astringent though, and more dry than bitter.

Surprised at how much fruit was on the front of this. Very chalky and minerally on the finish, of course still tightly wound up. Don’t touch for a least a decade.
