Very elegant nose with perfumed aromas of ripe forrest fruits, blackcurrant, vanilla, sweet cinnamon spice, cigarbox, medium bodied palate with a creamy texture, blackberries, plums, fine cedar and fine ripe tannin, good acidity for balance, Surprisingly lovely wine with a mouthcoating aftertaste, probably at his top now ! 94 DSP

It has a nice nose. It was a bit sharp in the beginning. After decanting and sitting for 1/2 hr. It was great. The issue is that it not lengthy on the tongue.

Jun 4th, 2016Opened on 2/6/14, classic Margaux. Very clear color after 10 plus years. The alcohol is a bit thin but the flavor s still very strong. It is still lengthy on the pallet.
