2009 Turley Howell Mountain Zinfandel Cedarman. Very deep red color. Dark berry and strong alcohol on the nose. Very high in sugar and and strong berry taste. The wine smooth out a lot after decanting. It is a great wine but too much fruit for my personal taste. — 8 years ago

Opened it on February 7, 16, a little cloudy but fine after decanting it. The nose was wonderful. Classic Bordeaux but this bottle is at the end. It's still very good but a bit light on the pallet. — 9 years ago

Deep red color. Mild fruit, berry like note on the nose. iodine character and blackberry with a strong leathery tone on the tongue.

Its very dark red color. Very distinctively Bordeaux on the nose. I decanted it and it was bold in the beginning on the pallet. It turn into a more floral aroma about 1/2 an hour into drinking but it turned a bit run at the end after an hour. Enjoyed the wine but can't give it a 90+ out of a 100 — 9 years ago
