Deep golden color, slight oxidative notes come across as crushed hazelnuts. Quite a bit of oak influence up front, but very well integrated into the wine. The oak notes; toffee, salty caramel corn, and vanilla bean, are refreshed by the tart acidity, and welcome flavors of greek yogurt, lemon curd, and green apple. Excellent value for an aged white burgundy, and very well made.

Sep 15th, 2020Tropical fruits/pineapple on the nose. Some oak, tropical fruits and lots of lemon. Drinking with Lebanese food which can overpower with garlic and spices.... Review may change if it lasts until day 2.
