Not a fan of this wine. Minerality is high with medium acid and medium high tannins.

Charles Smith wines rarely disappoint, and this one is no exception. Not my favorite wine from this maker, but it's still good.

I'm not getting a great nose but the long finish makes up for it. Its viscosity comes through visually in the legs and with that lingering finish. I like the structure of currants and tannins in the middle. Great wine with or without food. Cheers!

Med-full body, deep purple, with black currant flavor all the way. Weird, not a big nose at all. Solid Cabernet that would be double the price in CA, but there are better offerings in WA at this price point. Charles Smith is the Lord when it comes to Syrah though.
