Tasted blind. One of the surprises of the night, fully mature, nice plummy notes, tobacco, leather, little bit of spice. Yum.

Exquisite wine, aged beautiful. Great balance and excellent balance between acidity, silky tannins and fruit. Plums, spices, earthy components.

1995 Vintage. In spite of the cork disintegrating, it was smooth and not tired. Some dark fruit on finish. Excellent aged Cab and the last that I have. 😭

This wine! Stunning. Showing no obvious signs of age. Perfectly balanced with a super long finish.

1995 vintage. Decanted and tasted after two hours. Used a Durand and cork in really good shape. Mix of chunky and powdery sed. Light-medium body. Shed nearly the entirety of the cloaked and oaked juice. Earth. Dust. Minerals. A harmonious leanness to the entire adventure. Can easily hold in this place for a half-decade. 5.24.24.
