Melon, citrus. Lacks the nose and depth of flavor of a typical Riesling. Very weird plasticky taste. No where close to being even a reasonable Riesling. Not a fan.

Not usually a Riesling lover but this was pretty good. Nice for summertime drinks. Would purchase again.

This is great for pairing with acidic foods like balsamic vinegar and grapefruit. Pleasantly dry and bitter on the finish which balances the fruit very well. Love the effervescent tingle when first opened!
