Harvest Select Columbia Valley Sweet Riesling

I like this Riesling. It has a bright acidity and the shot of CO2 really helps. Very good with fried chicken.

Nice sweet treat for dessert tonight. Crisp, elegant, slight tartness.

Fruity, notes of apple. Sweet finish. Flavor enhanced with cheese, though not necessarily improved - depends on personal preference. Very good overall, not much room for improvement. For the price, will definitely buy again.

I am normally not a huge fan of Riesling but this was fantastic. We paired it with an Italian Cream cake for dessert. The minimal carbonation provided for an uplifting not to the sweet wine.
