Georgeous salmon- colored. Nice acidity with some light citrusy notes. Nice long finish. Excellent rose. Having this with garden heirloom tomatoes( Black Krim and Cuore de Bue), sea salt, pepper, and a single vineyard Sicilian EVOO. Such a beautiful evening here!
