2015 gave big Gamays but this one avoids the harsh tannins. Beautiful ripe plum with hints of dark chocolate and warm loam. Bright stoney and very fruity. Super Thanksgiving night wine.

Dark crimson color with a fine transparent edge. 3 hours decanted throughout cooking and pairing with beef tenderloin. This is pretty with sharp acidity. Flavors of mint, tart cherry and baking spice. There is tannin for days to make this one for the ages. Great find at $20.
