1994 Chateau Troplong Mondot Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classè - made by Aaron Pott. Still youthful and tight showing moderate earthy textured tannins, hints of red cherry, ash, black fruits and tea. Drink now or hold for a few more.

Singing. . Right in the window. Still fresh and lively. Elegant cherry notes on the nose. Full bodied and elegant smooth finish. Lovely

Nice on the nose, but on the palate a little thin and the finish is quite short

Unbelievable fragrance and smooth balance without a hint of harsh tannins or bitter sourness despite the age. A fantastic wine.

Expressive Christmas spice bouquet, but with a suspect celery note. Witheringly tannic from sip to swallow. Interesting but charmless.

Delish. Drinking very well now. I'd even recommend decanting for a bit.. Strong tannins still!
