What a wonderful wine. Smooth tannins delicate fruit and I thought a slight vanilla hint. Beautiful, beautiful wine. Will not forget it.

Dark rubi color that looks young, classic Merlot nose and fresh mid palate with medium length in the mouth. A solid Pomerol that is drinking really well.

Muscular, tight and slightly tannic at first but a 5 hr decant softened it up some. This is a brute with dark fruit, chocolate and a bunt of smoke. Built for the long haul I would keep my hands off this for another 5-10 yrs. great potential but lacks the charm the 2000.
