Straight off the bat I was excited by the nose. It had a gorgeous must to it. There wasn't just fruit lurking in there my son! But then in we go and the acidity is just ferocious, burning holes in you fillings and strippinh the enamel off your teeth. The tannin are bracing, and the finish just doesn't really work for me. The color is very pretty though. It's an explosive, hairdresser's car purple... Nah. Skip this wine. - Ross Gardiner
