The Ganymede is beautiful. An articulated arrangement of bell pepper, menthol, stewed dark fruit and judiciously imparted oak. Tertiary notes of cedar and leather. Little hot on the nose. It could age for another couple of years. Beautiful California Cabernet.

Decanted for about 2 hours, probably could have used little more air. Awesome Stag's leap Cab, good fruit and structure, long finish. Had with a prime strip steak, was fantastic.
