The Ganymede is beautiful. An articulated arrangement of bell pepper, menthol, stewed dark fruit and judiciously imparted oak. Tertiary notes of cedar and leather. Little hot on the nose. It could age for another couple of years. Beautiful California Cabernet.

Awesome wine and aged just right for my palette. Nice settement for character and a creamy finish. Really nice nose and very balanced. Highly recommend.

Decanted for about 2 hours, probably could have used little more air. Awesome Stag's leap Cab, good fruit and structure, long finish. Had with a prime strip steak, was fantastic.
