really nice - drinkable on its own, but on a whole other level when paired with food - steak, or a spicy marinara in our case. one of the best Cab’s i’ve ever tasted honestly.

Have it with a burger.

Aroma of dark cherries. Dry dry plums in the middle. A fast finish.

The Chop Shop is a nice, inexpensive Cab.

Strawberry jam, cocoa, thyme, very round palate, medium body, refreshing and youthful.
