I saved this bottle to pair with a nice prime cut, boy did I fuck up. This wine is sharp and harsh the whole way down your throat. Usually you want a wine to compliment your meal, this one I just wanted to shove more mashed potatoes in my mouth. I am being pretty aggressive towards this wine and thought there was a point where I thought it was bearable, then I cleaned my pallet. I won’t have another glass of Chop Shop as long as I live.
