Very floral, with white peach, pear, and some river rock. Lighter flavors of peach, and mineral, with a well balanced acidity. Medium finish. A nice wine for food pairing.

Nose: lemon juice, green apple, rust, starfruit, post rain cement
Palate: like a lemon warhead kind of tart on the immediate outset with the lemon fruit showing through after a couple seconds. Bone dry. Slight charcoal note on back end.

Very easy to drink, dry and not sweet at all. Wonderful and will go with most anything.

I loved this. I am new to Sancerre and not, generally, a huge fan of Sauvignon Blanc. This had surprising depth with lots of lovely citrus and minerals with only hints of the Suavi Blanc cut grass, ultra green flavor profile skulking around in the background to add some variety and to remind you of the varietal. Delicious and well worth the time. I will seek it out again.
