Brettastic nose. Mean that as a compliment. Juicy, spicy peppery cool toned fruit, a little bit effervescent, would not have thought mostly Cab Sauv (Cab Franc maybe) but love a surprise and cool when terroir dominates varietal. Loads of fun

Quite the wine... never thought I’d run a cross a Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt blend. Tart red fruit, packed full of fresh cracked black pepper, very tannic.

Funky/Bretty on opening. Took two days to blow off. As time went on this went from a very “Chinon” nose to one of Zweogelt or Blaufrankisch - light to medium body but dark, mineral and chalky/crunchy fruit. Nice wine. Give it time
