My third and final bottle. Served in Syrah glasses. Nose has mellowed the new oak after 15 years, but still present. Drank over the course of three hours, and finished with an alpine tartiflette. Nice medium body, good fruit and some bacon drippings on the palate. Very little sediment for an unfiltered wine.

Open 4 days but still intense. Only 588 bottles produced, two barrels. Still full of ripe cherry fruit, smoked dried meat, menthol, kalamata olive, pepper and spice. Precise, serious, and deep. Awesome.
