Just FYI the wine is very cold as I'm tasting it... I'm getting a VERY crisp, yet oaky finish & mouthfeel that's delightfully well-balanced with the earthy & malic fruit notes. It's a fantastic food wine & a great transition to the OG wine world for those with New World palates. Very nice!
