Still tasting great. Amazing mouthfeel. Pineapple, citrus, grass, hint of petrol, enough acidity to balance. I just had a glass of inniskillin and this is not far off and maybe better in a different way.

I loved this. It compares to many Niagara desert ice wines I’ve had. There is a biting acidity that shows through the sweetness. Lovely after dinner.
