Pale white, excellent clarity. Floral, pineapple notes in nose, good acidity, peach, lemon and lemon peel flavors with bright mineral finish. Simple but well made, and delightfully dry. Paired well with sweet onion and roasted potato focaccia with a side of Chinese cucumber salad with sesame seeds, black vinegar and fresh green onions and quick wok-fried raw peanuts. It’s springtime, folks! And after 24 hours, the peach and lime flavors amp up in intensity and expressive. Open in advance a bit.

Is it simple or delicate…or both? White peach and honeysuckle all whisper to you and acid is the white noise machine in the background.

A less sweet Riesling. More acidic than most

I don’t usually get German Rieslings because I have a hard time drinking a glass by itself. However when paired with spicy Chinese food, the wine is crisp and it’s hints of peach, help balance the plethora of spices. Refreshingly sweet on a hot day
