Happy Birthday, America! Enjoyed this wine on 4th of July with a dry aged Delmonico grilled with sweet corn. Slightly brown at the edge in the glass, showing its maturity. Still has lots of dark fruit with nicely balanced tannins. Elegant even with a simple grilled meal.
